I’m Lucy Love Kabba — a woman called to the work of healing hearts and restoring wholeness. As an emotional wellness coach, spiritual guide, and music therapy, I create sacred spaces for women and families to reconnect with their true selves — the version that is whole, loved, and seen.
My journey hasn’t been perfect, but it has been purposeful. Through personal trials, divine encounters, and deep reflection, I’ve come to understand that healing is not a destination — it’s a daily choice. A journey inward. A return to light.
Through music, guided meditation, honest conversation, and the power of inner work, I walk alongside you — not ahead of you — offering tools, encouragement, and truth for your healing process.
Whether you’re emerging from loneliness, navigating spiritual disconnection, or simply tired of pretending you’re okay — I’m here to remind you:
You are not broken. You are becoming.

Lonely But Not Broken: Reclaiming Self-Touch as a Path to Healing"
By Lucy Love Kabba – Wife. Mother. Healer. Me.
⸻
There's a silence many men carry. A quiet ache in the chest. A restlessness at night. It shows up after the world has gone quiet, when no one is calling, no one is texting, and your own breath is the loudest sound in the room.
That's when loneliness creeps in—not just as a feeling, but as a weight. A shadow. A reminder that you're still waiting for someone to see you, touch you, choose you.
And in that silence… many turn to self-pleasure.
But not with peace.
Not with joy.
Not with wholeness.
Instead, with guilt. With shame. With a fast, impulsive attempt to escape what they're really feeling.
⸻
But what if I told you that even in that space—yes, even in mastur**—there is room for healing?
I know that may sound strange coming from a coach, a woman, a healer.
But hear me out: self-touch is not the enemy. Shame is.
We've been conditioned to see male sexuality as something wild, dangerous, or dirty unless it's "under control." But what if it's not about control at all? What if it's about connection?
⸻
The Truth Is: You're Not Just Craving Pleasure…
You're craving presence.
You're craving softness.
You're craving intimacy—not just with someone else, but with yourself.
And yes, your body has needs. But your soul has needs too. And when you can honor both—without guilt—you begin to heal.
⸻
So here's my invitation to you:
Tonight, when the silence creeps in again… don't run from it.
Sit with it. Breathe into it. Place your hand on your chest and say:
"I am not broken. I am worthy of love, even from myself."
If you choose to touch yourself, do it with intention. Do it with care. Not to numb, but to remember that your body is sacred. That pleasure is not shameful. That healing can happen when we slow down and listen to what our loneliness is really asking for.
⸻
Let's Rewrite the Story…
Mastur** isn't just a habit.
It's a moment.
A doorway.
A sacred invitation to connect.
The goal isn't just to feel release.
It's to feel whole.
You deserve more than empty pleasure.
You deserve healing pleasure.
And you're allowed to receive it.
⸻
Affirmation of the Day:
"I honor my body. I release shame. I choose connection over escape."
⸻
If this spoke to your heart today, I want you to know—I see you. You're not invisible. You're not unworthy. And you're not alone on this path.
Let's walk this healing journey together.

🌱 Seeds of Inspiration – Episode 1: The Quiet Rise
By Lucy Love Kabba | Wife. Mother. Healer. Me.
Some seasons don't start with fireworks.
They begin in silence. In the stillness.
In those quiet early mornings where you're staring at your coffee cup wondering,
"Is this really my life?"
And somehow, something inside you whispers back,
"Yes—but it doesn't end here."
Today, I want to plant a small seed in your soul:
🌿 You're not stuck. You're planted.
Buried maybe—but not forgotten.
Pressed maybe—but not destroyed.
You're in your becoming season.
And becoming takes time.
On my journey as a wife, mother, and healer, I've learned that strength often grows in silence—when no one's clapping, when nothing's blooming yet, when it looks like nothing is working.
But sis, roots are growing.
And roots matter.
Because what you're growing into?
It needs depth to hold it.
So if you're in the waiting, the wondering, the weary place—
this one's for you.
You're rising. Quietly. Strongly. Unshakably.
Let today be your reminder.
💬 Drop a "🌱" if you're planting something in this season—faith, healing, hope, or just a better you. Let's grow together.

Sacred Self-Pleasure Guided Meditation: Awakening the Inner Flame
Opening & Setting the Space
Find a place where you feel safe, warm, and completely at ease. Dim the lights, light a candle, or burn incense if you wish. This is your sanctuary — your temple. Allow the world outside to fade away.
Sit or lie in a comfortable position. Place your hands gently on your body — anywhere that feels grounding. Close your eyes.
Take three slow, deep breaths… inhaling through your nose, holding for a moment… and exhaling through your mouth. Feel your body begin to soften.
⸻
Connecting to Breath & Body
As you breathe, imagine your breath as golden light entering your body. With each inhale, this light fills you from your toes to the crown of your head.
As you exhale, release any tension, judgment, or shame. This is a space of love — of honoring yourself.
⸻
Awakening Your Energy
Bring your awareness to your pelvic area — the root and sacral centers. Imagine a warm, glowing flame here. This is your life force.
As you breathe in, see this flame grow brighter. With each exhale, imagine it expanding outward, sending ripples of warmth through your body.
Let your hands rest where they feel called, without rush or expectation. This is not about racing toward release — it's about journeying inward, exploring the energy that makes you alive.
⸻
Rising Energy & Spiritual Connection
With each inhale, imagine pulling energy up from the base of your spine… into your heart… into your throat… and finally to the crown of your head.
Feel this as a current — the sacred union of your physical desire and your divine spirit.
If you begin to feel waves of pleasure, ride them like the tide. Allow them to rise and fall like the breath of the ocean, with no holding back, no need to steer their course — only surrender to the rhythm. Each wave is a prayer, each pulse a sacred blessing to your body.
⸻
Climax as Offering
When your body approaches climax, breathe deeply and stay fully present. Imagine that with each pulse, you are sending gratitude to yourself, to the universe, to life itself.
See your pleasure as a fountain of golden light spilling into your aura — cleansing you, nourishing you, making you whole.
⸻
Integration & Closing
After your release, keep your hands gently on your body. Breathe slowly. Feel the tingling energy lingering in your fingertips, your skin, your heart.
Whisper softly: "I honor my pleasure. I honor my body. I honor my power."
Imagine sealing all this energy inside your heart, so you carry it into the world with confidence, magnetism, and peace.
When you're ready, open your eyes. Move gently. Carry this sacred energy into your day or night.

Sacred Release: A Guided Meditation for Healing Through Self-Pleasure
Opening & Grounding
Find your sacred space — somewhere private, safe, and warm.
Light a candle, burn incense, or wrap yourself in a blanket that feels like an embrace.
Sit or lie in a position where your whole body feels supported.
Close your eyes.
Take three deep breaths… in through the nose, out through the mouth.
With each exhale, feel layers of tension melting away.
⸻
Calling in Light
Imagine a soft golden light above your head — warm, gentle, and pure.
This light is healing energy from the universe, from your higher self.
With each inhale, draw this light into your body… starting at the crown of your head… moving down into your neck… your chest… your belly… your hips.
Let it pool at the base of your spine — your sacred center.
⸻
Activating Your Inner Waters
Begin to notice any sensations here — warmth, tingling, a gentle hum.
This is your sexual energy — your life force.
Place your hands where they feel most comforting or empowering.
Move them slowly, with reverence, as if blessing your own body.
As you touch yourself, let the intention be healing, not just pleasure.
Whisper silently to yourself: "I am safe. I am worthy. I am whole."
⸻
Releasing Old Energy
Imagine that with every slow breath and gentle movement, you are loosening the grip of old pain — heartbreak, shame, fear.
See these energies as dark smoke rising up and out of your body.
With each exhale, release more of what no longer serves you.
With each inhale, call in more love, more light, more joy.
⸻
The Healing Climax
As your pleasure builds, breathe deeply and keep your awareness on your heart and your hips at the same time.
Feel them connected — love and desire woven together.
When your body reaches the peak, imagine sending this wave of energy through your whole being — from your toes to the crown of your head — flushing out any remaining heaviness.
See your climax as a cleansing waterfall, washing every cell in your body with light.
⸻
Integration & Gratitude
Rest your hands on your heart and your womb or pelvis.
Breathe slowly.
Feel the softness in your body, the warmth in your skin.
Whisper: "I am reborn. I am light. I am love."
Let this energy stay with you — as an invisible crown you wear, as a glow that surrounds you.
When you are ready, open your eyes and return to your space — carrying your healing into the world.

Whole Before We Love: The Power of Solo Sexual Healing Before a New Relationship
We often hear that love is about "finding the right person."
But what if the real magic begins when you become the right person for yourself?
Before stepping into a new relationship, there is a sacred opportunity—a season to reconnect with your own sexual energy, heal your wounds, and reclaim your wholeness.
This is what I call solo sexual healing.
⸻
Why This Matters Before Love
Many of my clients have carried old heartbreak, sexual shame, or disconnection into new relationships—hoping that a partner's love would heal the emptiness inside.
But here's the truth:
No one can connect with you more deeply than you connect with yourself.
When you've explored your own desires, honored your own pleasure, and embraced your own body without shame—you enter love from a place of abundance, not lack.
⸻
What Solo Sexual Healing Looks Like
This is not just about pleasure—it's about presence.
It's about turning your sexual energy inward to nurture your spirit before sharing it outward.
Here are the practices I guide my clients through:
1. Release Old Stories
Journal about the beliefs, shame, or memories that made you disconnect from your sexual self—and choose to let them go.
2. Explore Without Pressure
Spend time with your body through mindful touch, without the goal of climax. Focus on sensation, breath, and emotion.
3. Create a Ritual Space
Light candles, play music, or use scents that awaken your senses. Treat your body like sacred ground.
4. Pair Pleasure with Affirmation
Speak love into yourself during arousal—affirming your worth, beauty, and wholeness.
5. Channel the Energy Into Life Vision
After self-pleasure, use the heightened energy to visualize the love and life you are calling in.
⸻
The Gift You Bring to Your Next Partner
When you enter a relationship after solo sexual healing, you bring:
* Confidence in your own pleasure
* Clarity about your needs and boundaries
* A deep knowing of your worth
* A heart that is open—but not dependent on another for validation
Your next partner will not be the source of your wholeness—they will be the reflection of it.
⸻
Closing Reflection
To anyone waiting for love:
Don't just wait—prepare.
Don't just hope—heal.
When you honor your sexual energy as something sacred, you become magnetic to the kind of love that honors you in return.
Because you will already know how to honor yourself.
We often hear that love is about "finding the right person."

Rekindling the Flame: Healing Sexual Disconnection in Long-Term Relationships
Every relationship has seasons.
Some seasons are passionate and full of spark.
Others feel… quieter.
Sometimes that quiet is comforting.
Other times, it feels like distance.
And for many couples I work with, that distance shows up most in the bedroom.
⸻
Why Sexual Disconnection Happens
Sexual disconnection isn't always about a lack of love.
In fact, many couples deeply care for each other but still feel disconnected sexually.
It can happen because of:
* Busy schedules and stress
* Parenthood and shifting priorities
* Physical or hormonal changes
* Unspoken resentments or emotional wounds
* The fading of novelty and excitement over time
What's important to know is—this disconnection is not a sign that your relationship is doomed.
It's a signal that it's time to reconnect, intentionally and sacredly.
⸻
The Path Back to Intimacy
When I guide couples, we focus on building intimacy before rebuilding sex.
Because sex without intimacy feels mechanical, but intimacy without pressure can lead to natural, passionate reconnection.
Here are the core steps I teach:
1. Start with Emotional Honesty
Create a safe space to share desires, fears, and frustrations without judgment or defensiveness.
2. Prioritize Touch Without Expectation
Hold hands. Cuddle. Give massages. Touch to connect—not just to lead to sex.
3. Relearn Each Other's Bodies
Bodies change. What felt good years ago may be different now. Explore again with curiosity.
4. Schedule Sacred Time Together
Passion needs room to breathe. Protect time for intimacy, just as you would for other priorities.
5. Blend the Physical with the Spiritual
Eye-gazing, synchronized breathing, and heart-to-heart meditation can bring back deep connection before physical passion even begins.
⸻
Why This Matters
Sexual connection is more than pleasure—it's a way to renew trust, deepen love, and awaken the bond that drew you together in the first place.
When couples approach intimacy as a sacred practice instead of a performance, they often find themselves falling in love all over again.
⸻
Closing Reflection
If your relationship feels disconnected right now, don't rush to "fix" it overnight.
Start with one moment of intentional closeness today.
Let that be the seed that grows back into passion, playfulness, and deep desire.
Because the flame is never truly gone—it's simply waiting for you to breathe life into it again.

🌱 Episode 3: Letting Go of Perfect
By Lucy Love Kabba | Wife. Mother. Healer. Me.
Somewhere along the way, we were told that a "good mother" is flawless.
Always patient.
Always organized.
Always ready.
But real motherhood is messy.
It's mismatched socks, reheated coffee, and learning to apologize when your voice gets sharp.
It's doing your best, even when your heart feels worn thin.
🌿 Healing begins when we release the burden of perfect.
Your children don't need a perfect mother.
They need a present one.
One who can laugh at the mess, cry when it hurts, and keep showing up.
So let's drop the heavy armor today, Mama.
Let's choose grace over guilt.
Presence over perfection.
Because that's the kind of love that lasts.
💬 If you're choosing grace today, type "Grace-filled Mama 🌸" below.

Turning Desire into Power: How to Channel Your Sexual Energy into Your Life Purpose
When most people hear "sexual energy," they think of intimacy with another person.
But in truth, sexual energy is so much more than that—it is your creative life existence.
It is the same energy that builds new life…
That births new ideas…
That fuels ambition, confidence, and passion.
When I guide my clients through sexual healing, I often tell them:
Your sexual energy is not just for the bedroom—it's for your entire life.
⸻
Why This Energy Is So Powerful
Sexual energy is deeply connected to the sacral chakra—the center of creativity, desire, and emotional expression.
When this energy flows freely, you feel magnetic, alive, and inspired.
When it's blocked, you feel stagnant, unmotivated, or disconnected from your purpose.
The truth is: if you learn to harness this energy, you can channel it toward anything—your career, your dreams, your healing, or your relationships.

The Practice of Sexual Energy Alchemy
With my clients, I teach practices that turn sexual energy into fuel for their bigger goals:
1. Breathwork for Circulation
Breathing deeply into the lower belly and moving that energy upward helps shift arousal into inspiration.
2. Movement for Release
Hip circles, dancing, or yoga can free blocked energy and spark creative flow.
3. Self-Pleasure with Intention
Instead of seeking quick release, we focus on slow, mindful touch that builds energy—and then channel that heightened state into affirmations or goal-setting.
4. Visualization During Arousal
The mind is incredibly open and receptive during states of pleasure—this is the perfect time to see, feel, and believe in your dreams.
⸻
The Invitation
Your sexual energy is sacred.
It's not something to fear, suppress, or waste.
It's a divine current running through you—waiting to be directed toward your joy, your healing, and your purpose.
So ask yourself:
If I fully embraced my sexual energy, what could I create?
Who could I become?
What could I heal?
The answer might be the beginning of your transformation.
