You can use any username you wish, so you don’t have to share your real name with creators and other fans if you don’t want to. However, all your payment details must be correct. These will only be seen by us.
No. You’re free to cancel your subscription or close your account with us at any time.
Go to your Settings and hit the cancel button beside the name of the creator you would like to unsubscribe to.
These are limits automatically placed on your account that determine how much you can spend in a certain amount of time. These limits are there to help you control your spending and help us prevent card misuse.
If you want to increase your limit, you’ll need to verify your identity, so we can prove the card you’re using belongs to you. You’ll be given the option to verify when you hit your spend limit.
You can decrease your limit at any time by contacting email@example.com.
You’ll be asked to upload proof of photo ID (driving license, passport or national ID card) and proof of address (utility bill or similar dated within the last 3 months). You’ll also need to record a short video selfie, so we can see the documents you’ve uploaded are yours.
No. If you’ve increased your spend limit in the past, there’s no need to verify again. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then discuss a spend limit that’s more suited to your budget.

2. Instant bank transfer (UK only)
This is the fastest way to make one-off payments. No need to fill in all your usual details at checkout. Just log in to your bank using a super secure, end-to-end encrypted connection. Then transfer money instantly.
(Please note: Currently, instant bank transfer is only available for UK customers making one-off payments. It can’t be used to pay for recurring subscriptions.)
