Hey! I'm Anastasia, I'm from Russia but moved to London when I was 10 so I'm very lucky to be fluent in two languages! My main passions are travel, geopolitics and the state of the world, history, philosophy, art in many forms... not enough words! I am very passionate about mental health, talking about it and helping people; I'm a big empath so I've been volunteering since I was 18 (Romania).
